myLSU Portal: Managing TigerCall Long Distance (On-Campus)


NOTE

If you are using a mobile device to access the myLSU portal, you may need to rotate your phone to landscape mode to access the menu.


Students living on campus can manage their Tigercall Long Distance and Voice Mail services through the myLSU Portal.

Managing Tigercall Long Distance:

1. Log into myLSU.

2. Click Student Services | Telecom Service Request. (NOTE: Only students living on campus will see this option.)

3. Fill out the form. From here you can sign up, cancel, or relocate services.

4. Your request will usually be completed within one business day.


If you are not a student living on campus, you can request Telecom Services.
